* Supplemental Practice
Optional practice opportunities may be available during designated No-Practice periods for swimmers who would like to continue training during the break. These practices are intended to provide additional opportunities to maintain and reinforce swimming skills, technique, and conditioning between regular practice sessions. ​Supplemental Practice will be held at the Ashburn location, and the registration link will be shared with families via email.

 

​⚠️ Important Note: 

• Attending Supplemental Practice: Swimmers who attend the supplemental practice they registered for will not be charged any additional fee.

• Registered but Not Attending: Swimmers who register for a supplemental practice but do not attend, including those who notify the coach by email that they are unable to attend, will be charged a $25 fee per practice. This fee is due to the lane reservation, and charges will be assessed based on attendance records.

• After Registration Closes: Once registration has closed, swimmers who wish to participate may ask the coach on deck. If space is available, the coach may allow the swimmer to join the supplemental practice. The same attendance and no-show fee policy applies.
