Fee and Discount

Learn about available discounts, referral credits, and other opportunities to reduce your program costs.

Early Bird Discount

Early Bird Registration: Available during a specific registration period only. Please check the registration page for details and eligibility requirements.

Sibling Discount

Families with multiple swimmers registered simultaneously for all year-round programs:

  • 2 swimmers — $150 per family

  • 3 swimmers — $300 per family

  • 4 swimmers — $450 per family

  • 5 swimmers — $600 per family

 

The semester program at Dulles has a different sibling fee structure as below per semester.

  • 2 swimmers — $35 per family

  • 3 swimmers — $70 per family

  • 4 swimmers — $105 per family

  • 5 swimmers — $140 per family

 

⚠️ Key rules:

  • All eligible swimmers must register at the same time to receive the discount immediately.

  • If siblings register at different times, a non-expired credit may be issued instead.

Volunteering

In the Elite Prep and Elite Programs, parents are required to complete the minimum volunteer hours during the season in order to receive a full refund of the $150 volunteer fee, which is charged separately at the beginning of the season in September. Failure to complete the minimum hours will result in the volunteer fee being forfeited.

  • The volunteer fee will be fully refunded upon completion of the minimum required volunteer hours for the season.

  • Partial refunds will not be issued for partially completed volunteer hours. The minimum volunteer hour requirement must be met in full to qualify for a refund.

  • Parents who exceed the minimum required hours may qualify for additional discounts based on the following tier structure:

    • Minimum hours completed: Full refund of the $150 volunteer fee.

    • Every 4 hours beyond 25 hours: Additional $50 discount applied to the account.

 

📌 Example:

- 16 – 20 hours: Additional $50 discount applied to the account.

- 21 – 25 hours: Additional $100 discount applied to the account.

- Up to 51 – 55 hours: Additional discounts continue to increase by $50 for every 5 hours completed, up to a maximum discount of $400.

Parents have responsibilities to track and submit the proof of the volunteer hours.

Official Discount

We welcome parents to become certified PVS officials and enjoy a $400 discount benefit per official position. Please note slots are limited and subject to availability. 

​

Priority for the official discount slots is assigned in the following order:

  • 1st Priority: Returning officials from the previous season in APEX.

  • 2nd Priority: Swimmers whose parents have already completed PVS official education and training (not summer league certification).

  • 3rd Priority: Families who have been with APEX longer than other applicants — longer-tenured families are given preference when additional slots are available.

  • 4th Priority: New families interested in the official discount. Please check availability, as slots may already be filled.

Referral Credit

Referral Credit is no longer available as of the 2026-2027 season due to sponsorship changes.
