APEX Aquatic Club does not officially offer make-up practices. However, families may communicate directly with their site coach to discuss whether a make-up practice may be possible.

If the site coach is able to offer a make-up practice on a specific date and time, it may be approved at the coach’s discretion based on the swimmer’s ability, training group, and current circumstances.

• ​Speak with the site coach on deck: Families should communicate directly with the site coach at the pool to discuss any possible make-up practice opportunity.

• Need help contacting the coach? If you are unable to meet with the coach at the pool and need assistance reaching out, please email (swim@apexaquaticclub.com) our support team, and we can help connect you with the appropriate coach.

• Make-ups are not guaranteed: Make-up practices are subject to coach approval and availability, as well as the swimmer’s ability and the needs of the group they would be joining.

• No credits or refunds: Missed practices are not eligible for credits or refunds under any circumstance. A make-up practice, when approved, is an opportunity to attend an alternate practice and does not create a credit toward future program fees.
