Make-Up Practices
APEX does not officially offer make-up practices. However, if there is availability in another group session, swimmers may be granted a make-up opportunity at the coach's sole discretion and with prior approval.

All make-up requests must be submitted in advance by emailing swim@apexaquaticclub.com or through direct communication with the site coach only.

No-Practice Dates
No-practice dates are listed for holidays; however, we have not yet received Loudoun County's pool closure dates for the 2026-2027 season. Additional pool closure dates will be posted once they are finalized.
Break Practices During No-Practice Days: Break practices are available for registration during holidays and school breaks at the Ashburn location.

Swimmers who register for break practice but do not attend, or who notify the coach by email that they cannot attend, will be charged a $25 fee per practice (due to lane reservation). Charges will be assessed based on attendance records.

If you attend the practice you registered for, there are no charges at all.

After registration closes, swimmers wishing to participate should ask the coach on the deck. If space is available, the coach may add the swimmer. No-show fees apply as stated above.
