What are the RACER Programs?

Our Racer Programs offer flexible training for swimmers from beginner to advanced levels, including those preparing for High School or Summer League Teams.

​Our Racer Programs offer flexible, dynamic training options tailored to swimmers at all levels—from beginners entering competitive swimming to advanced athletes preparing for high school or summer swim seasons.

​

With session lengths of 30, 45, 75, and 90 minutes, families can choose the format that best suits their swimmer’s goals and availability. You’ll also have the flexibility to select preferred practice days and times based on our current schedule.

​

For added convenience, Racer Programs are available with two registration options:

  • 9-month enrollment

  • Semester-based enrollment
     

This gives families the freedom to plan based on their seasonal or school-year commitments.

While meet participation is optional in this program, swimmers do have the opportunity to compete against other teams throughout the season.


However, if a swimmer is considering transferring to our Year-Round Program, meet participation is required as part of the transition.

RACER Programs

RACER 30

This IMPROVEMENT program is ideal for swimmers who have completed learn-to-swim classes or swim school and are ready to take the next step as beginner competitive swimmers, focusing on building fundamental competitive swim techniques to become confident racers!

RACER 45

This Developmental Program is designed for swimmers who are ready to build on their foundational skills by advancing their technique and beginning to develop endurance. This program serves as a bridge to longer training sessions, preparing swimmers to progress toward 60-minute practices and beyond.

60

RACER 60

Racer 60 is a reconstructional program designed for swimmers who are ready to transition into full 60-minute practices while building speed and endurance. This program focuses on rebuilding and refining all four competitive strokes, helping swimmers strengthen their technical foundation and prepare for higher levels of performance.

Ideal for athletes aiming to elevate their racing skills, Racer 60 combines focused technique work with endurance development—paving the way for long-term success in the sport.

75

RACER 75

Racer 75 offers a similar structure to Racer 60, but is designed for older swimmers or younger swimmers with intermediate skills gained through multiple years of summer league experience.

This 75-minute program focuses on refining competitive techniques, building endurance, and increasing training intensity—ideal for swimmers ready to take the next step toward high school swim or year-round team prep.

90

RACER 90

Racer 90 is our most advanced Racer-level program, designed to support a wide range of swimmers with competitive goals.

It’s ideal for:

  • Advanced swimmers with meet experience

  • Athletes preparing for high school or summer swim seasons

  • Swimmers building the endurance and consistency needed to transition into our Year-Round program next season

With 90-minute practices, this program focuses on advanced technique development, aerobic conditioning, and race readiness—making it the perfect stepping stone for swimmers striving to compete at a higher level.
