The Year-Round Program is designed for high-commitment swimmers focused on consistent, long-term progress. With a fixed schedule, athletes are expected to maintain at least 85% attendance for both practices and meets.
9-month program requiring 2–3 practices per week with at least 80% attendance.
Age Prep
For swimmer 12 and under, this program offers 2 - 3 practices per week focused on developing all four competitive strokes, refining techniques, and building cardio strength and endurance
Junior Prep
For swimmers ages 8 - 14, this program includes 3 - 4 practices per week focused on reconstructing IM and stroke techniques, with an emphasis on intensive training sets.
Senior Prep
For swimmers age 13 and above, this program includes 4 practices per week and requires the ability to compete in all events.
Senior Racer
For swimmers age 13 and above, this program includes 2 practices per week to prepare the High School and Summer League.
Summer Clinics
This optional, additional summer swim clinic helps swimmers maintain their skills and refine techniques, with a focus on qualifying for Divisional and All-Star Meets.
